Sound healing in most countries and states is generally not a licensed therapy, or healing modality. This does not mean that it is not recognized or valued. It means that it is not highly regulated, partly because it is regarded as being safe.
We recommend that you carefully check the rules and regulations in the state or country where you plan to work.
As sound healing is not highly regulated, you have the freedom to operate as a professional practitioner in most parts of the world.
The key issue then is whether you can get insurance as a sound healing practitioner.
The Sound Healing Academy is a recognized as an Approved Training Organization with the International Institute for Complementary Therapy (IICT). When you qualify with a Level 2 Diploma with us you will be able to get professional indemnity insurance through the IICT and you will be covered to work in the US, Canada, Australia, Europe and other countries.
