What is the cancellation policy for workshop courses?

Cancellations Policy for Workshop Courses

All Deposits for workshop-based courses are non-returnable and non-transferable.

If a course is paid in full, a full refund (less the Deposit) will be given for cancellations requested 30 days before registration on the first day of the scheduled training, or earlier, less an administrative charge.

If a course is paid in full, a 50% refund (less the Deposit) will be given for cancellations requested 15 – 29 days before registration on the first day of the scheduled training, less an administrative charge.

No refunds will be given after this date or for no-show on the days of the scheduled training.

Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. However, we need to be notified of this change before the training starts.

The Sound Healing Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training due to unforeseen circumstances or if a minimum acceptable registration level is not achieved 15 days before the scheduled training.

If such an unlikely event occurs, your registration fee will be refunded in full.

However, the Sound Healing Academy is not responsible for any other program expenses (travel, accommodation etc.) you might have incurred.
