You are entitled to no-quibble 100% 14-day money back guarantee on all our online courses.

If you are not entirely happy with an online course that you have purchased, let us know within 14 days of purchasing it, and we will send you a refund for 100% of the course fee that you have paid.

Within the 14-day money back guarantee period, you can also downgrade your status on an online course.

If you join a Level 1 Certified course, you can downgrade to the same Level 1 Uncertified course.

If you downgrade a course you will be refunded the difference in the price between the two courses at the time of purchase.

Outside of the 14-day guarantee period, it is not possible to downgrade an online course.
