What is the course extension policy?

If you are unable to submit your work on time due to family bereavement, significant illness or life changing event, the Sound Healing Academy will allow an extra 4 weeks free of charge to complete and return your work.

If this applies to you, please send an email to your tutor as soon as possible to request the free extension.

If you need extra time to complete this course, you have 2 options available:

1.  As a sign of goodwill, you can have an extra 7 days after the deadline finishes free of charge to complete and return your work.

 2. If you still want more time to complete your work and receive certification, you can join our student extension program. 

This is available to you at $50 USD per month. 

WHAT WILL YOU GET FROM JOINING OUR STUDENT EXTENSION PROGRAM?

• Ongoing access to the resources in our online learning center 

• Ongoing help from our support team through the learning center and by email

• Assessment from your tutor for all outstanding work that you submit

• Access to ongoing live web classes with question and answer sessions

• The opportunity to take up any unused credits for coaching sessions with your tutor

• Assuming you complete all the coursework to a good standard, you'll receive a certificate showing that you have PASSED.

 STOPPING YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TO THIS PROGRAM:

 Your monthly subscription to this program will end as soon as you complete the coursework and pass the assessment process.

If you decide at any time that you no longer want to remain on this certified course, please send an email to [e-mail]  and we will immediately cancel your subscription.

You will continue to have access to the resources in our learning center for this course.
