What timescales to expect

When you join one of our online certified courses you will be assigned a tutor who will be an integral part of your certification. Here are the timescales we work to for the following aspects of the certified course:

1. Tutors will be allocated within 7 days of joining a certified online course
2. Your tutor will assess and give you feedback on submitted workbooks, case studies and videos within 14 days
3. SHA support team members will send out Certificates within 14 days of being notified by tutors
