Level 1 Foundation: Sound Healing With Crystal Bowls

For this Level 1 you will need

• 3 bowls of varying sizes and notes to enable you to create both harmonious and dissonant healing interval 
• A variety of mallets (your bowl will often come with a mallet, and its great to have an inventory of different types.  Choose one or more from the below).
  • Suede covered mallets (vegan options are available)
  • Mallets with rubber ends
  • Silicone mallets
  • Padded drum beaters
  • etc.
