Level 1 Foundations of Integral Sound Healing (Multi Instrument) Instrument Requirements

You will need a minimum set of sound healing instruments to complete this course.

The kit includes:

• 1 x medium sized Tibetan singing bowl
• 3 x tuning forks - 1 x weighted mid OM 136.10 Hz and a set of 2 whole body tuners - notes C & G which make a very harmonizing musical interval of a perfect 5th
• 1 x shaker
