On this course we cover working with 6 main instruments:
- Tuning Forks
- Your Healing Voice
- Tibetan Singing Bowls
- Gongs
- Crystal Singing Bowls
- Hand-held frame drums
Required Instruments (Select from the 3 modules you are focusing on)
To help you decide, we list a minimum set of instruments that you will need for each Module:
Tuning Forks
- Harmonic Spectrum set of 8 forks
- Otto set of 3 forks: 128 Hz; 64 Hz; 32 Hz
- Activator
Your Healing Voice
- You’ve got it already, so nothing extra is required!
Tibetan (Himalayan) Bowls
- 3 bowls of varying sizes and notes to enable you to create both harmonious and dissonant healing intervals
- Suede covered mallet (Vegan options for mallets)
- Wooden mallet
- Felt covered drum / gong beater
How to Choose a Tibetan Singing Bowl
Gongs
- 1 medium sized gong on a stand - around 65 cm / 25 inch diameter (plus or minus 5 cm / 2 inch)
- 1 small hand-held wind gong - around 45 cm / 18 inch diameter (plus or minus 5 cm / 2 inch)
- 2 mallets of different sizes to match the size of your gongs
Crystal Singing Bowls
- 3 bowls of varying sizes and notes to enable you to create both harmonious and dissonant healing intervals
- Suede covered mallet (Vegan options for mallets)
- Mallet with rubber ball – especially for playing frosted bowls
Hand-held frame drum
- 1 of these is all you need – at least 12 inches | 30 cm in diameter
