In this Level 2 Multi-Instrument course, we explore working with six main sound healing instruments:
Tuning Forks
Your Healing Voice
Tibetan (Himalayan) Singing Bowls
Gongs
Crystal Singing Bowls
Hand-held Frame Drums
You will choose three modules to focus on during your training.
Below is the minimum set of instruments required for each module.
Tuning Forks — Required Instruments
Harmonic Spectrum set (8 tuning forks)
Otto set (128 Hz, 64 Hz, 32 Hz)
Activator
Your Healing Voice — Required Instruments
No additional instruments are required for this module.
Everything you need, you already have.
Tibetan (Himalayan) Singing Bowls — Required Instruments
Three bowls of varying sizes and notes
(to create both harmonious and dissonant healing intervals)Suede-covered mallet
(vegan options available)Wooden mallet
Felt-covered drum or gong beater
Gongs — Required Instruments
One medium-sized gong on a stand
(approximately 65 cm / 25 inches, plus or minus 5 cm / 2 inches)One small hand-held wind gong
(approximately 45 cm / 18 inches, plus or minus 5 cm / 2 inches)Two mallets of different sizes to suit your gongs
Crystal Singing Bowls — Required Instruments
Three bowls of varying sizes and notes
(to create both harmonious and dissonant intervals)Suede-covered mallet (vegan options available)
Rubber ball mallet (especially useful for frosted bowls)
Hand-held Frame Drum — Required Instrument
One hand-held frame drum
(at least 12 inches / 30 cm in diameter)
