Level 1 Foundation: Sound Healing With Gongs

We recommend having a medium or large gong on a stand for the main techniques, along with a small hand-held gong for close-up and detailed work.

Minimum requirement:
An 18" wind gong is the smallest size needed to complete the course practices.  The most comfortable size is 18 or 20 inches, depending on height and strength.
